ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery at any time.

We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

  • Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and local postal services.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange.

  • Return window: 30 days from the delivery date

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.


We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

 

Please include photos of the issue to speed up the process.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are shipped.

 

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify it.
